In reply to Kay's defamatory comments ... Kay, I have known Alan for a number of years and he is quite the opposite to how your slanderous comments portray him. I would advise you to remove your inaccurate comments immediately. I have spoken to Alan about this and advised that he seek legal recompense against you. I guess you didn't think to thruthfully explain that Alan purchased a van from you for near enough £4.5k and you gave him a receipt for the cash you counted out twice in front of him before phoning him two days later and telling him that the cash was £100 short That's not theft, and it's not even Alan's problem, especially not now.
