Legal services: Provided direct to the individual by barristers who are both all accredited via the Public Access Scheme to serve lay clients directly also with the right to conduct litigation - meaning, usually no need for solicitors. Legal matters can be managed by us through all phases: From initial advice and planning, through to to final settlement, including court or tribunal attendance if required. Areas of expertise include: Property law, landlord and tenant, family and child arrangements, visas and immigration, private criminal matters, money claims and contract disputes. Easy to engage: Helpful step-by-step guidance to those new to using legal services in how to achieve their aims, from the very first phone conversation to final resolution and settlement. We have a high success rate in achieving the best possible results for our clients, especially in difficult cases.
Sometimes, at the outset, things can seem daunting, overwhelming or like 'all is lost' to my clients. So, seeing the relief and satisfaction on their faces when we solve the problem, that is what I work for.
The Direct Public Access Scheme Launched by the Government in 2004 provided easier and more affordable access to Justice for all.
I am accredited to provide exactly that type of legal service and have been doing so since 2012.
Because we can win difficult cases.
Because we are small and friendly but fierce with the other side and assertive in court, when necessary.
We know the civil and criminal procedure rules and we know what will work in front of a Judge , Magistrate or Tribunal.
Because we are transparent about our fees, explaining them in advance.
We quote fixed-fees and stick to them.
We do our best to offer a fee-schedule and package that will work both for the barrister and his team and for you.
We can hold conferences (private discussions with our clients) on-line, especially when clients are overseas or have mobility issues.
It is preferable to meet face-to-face initially and then again for important case-management discussions, producing written statements or other kinds of working sessions.
We took all the best practice steps to keep our customers safe and as far as we know had a 100.0% non-infection rate.

Dave has helped my case a lot by providing statements, advising me on my case and what to expect during hearings so that i go in fully prepared. I previously used a solicitor who i felt didnt really listen to my case and Dave has made me feel a lot more reassured this time around.

Can't thank Gemma bailey enough! So friendly and professional! I couldn't have got through this second court case without her help. She helped to ease my mind when I needed things explaining or started to get worried. Advice whenever I needed it and she was always quick to reply! I've had a solicitor and they didn't provide half as good of a service as Gemma did! So thanks again for everything!
