To be truthful, I was only looking for a new fusebox, John quoted us for that and the full house rewire. His quote was very reasonable, so we went ahead.
The house had not had any electrical rewiring since it was built in the 1960's, so everything was not up to the modern standards.
The lads removed all the old wiring, and fitted new, new sockets, new fusebox etc.
One thing I did like about the team, they fitted brand new fire alarms without me even asking them to do that to the mains electric.
We did the rewiring as part of the modernisation of the home, as I was left the house by my elderly Father who couldn't afford to do it.
I can assure everyone who reads this, John will be doing our next home before we move in. I really didn't expect the amount of work they needed to do, and that's why I will ask them before we move in as the plaster and concrete literally gets into places you couldn't credit.

I can not explain how grateful we are for not only the quality of their work, but perhaps more importantly for us, the customer service and the time taken to ensure we were fully informed of what was happening and why. They even gave us a call 2 weeks later, to see if we were still satisfied with their work and a week after this, we had a ‘happy anniversary’ card through the letterbox, as we had mentioned that we were celebrating our 30 years on the 29th.
