I am going to start with the headline – Probably the best contractor I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. So why do I think that? When Liam first came to quote our back garden was looking like a building site, and like most people, was in this state as we had been let down by somebody else. We went through in detail what we were trying to achieve and Liam was able to get a good idea of what the end result should look like. Then the work started shortly after and this is where things got better and better. The guys that came to do the work turned up every day, on time, often earlier than we were expecting. Liam came along everyday to check on progress and check on any issues we had. They shared our vision to the extent that they were able to suggest improvements and tweaks that would make the end result even better. They also accommodated our changes and tweaks without any fuss. They even worked in the rain (until it was so heavy that it was impossible to do anything). Two of the team in particular really impressed us, namely Barry and Brian. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and we built a great rapport with them. They were fantastic. When our garden was completed (and just to clarify was completed on time) we were absolutely thrilled with it. The end result was even better than we hoped for. We cannot recommend Liam and his crew high enough. Absolutely committed to the project and kept us informed every step of the way. If you have had bad experiences of people letting you down you can be assured that Liam is not that type of contractor. Thank you Liam for all your hard work and that of your crew.
