As with most of you, I am always weary of parting with my hard earned money with any company I don´t know. I had some windows that needed serious urgent intervention, and some companies had already pointed that out to me cold calling at my door. I saw Verdi just by chance, doing some extensive work two doors down from me. I asked the owner if he was happy with them and he gave me a big yes. I decided to " risk". I gave Verdi a call. A very knowledgeable and polite sales rep lady came into my house and instead of the expected memorized pitch all salespeople do, she began to try and understand what my problem was. She had samples of the materials, and her knowledge of the industry was second to none. She was taking measures , and explaining me the advantage of some solutions instead of others. And how their product was different from the others. To be fair, by that time, I already had some quotes for far less money, but I was impressed with the cutting edge top quality. I decided to book the work with Verdi. They gave me a understandable and acceptable time frame, and they stuck to it. Actually, they asked if they could come one day early and " apologised" for the fact. The day the technicians arrived was not very good weather wise, so they didn´t managed to finish the work as expected. Still they secured all the work and made it safe, and cleaned the whole area. Next day thery were back with all the equipment and finished the job. This is not a simple job. Involves brickworking, Metal cutting, scaffolding, concrete mixing, a lot of mess. They left everything clean and pristine at the end of the work. Very polite , knowledgeable and considerate. Unfortunately i don´t have an eagle eye like my wife, and I missed a small irrelevant detail in a corner, which to be honest I would let it go. Still I rang to enquire if they could rectify it. They came a couple days later without blinking and rectify it to the highest standards. So to cut a long story short, I will be booking with them next time I need some work done. Without blinking.
