We have had good quality windows and doors installed . Very professional service and fitters were very organised . We also had building work within contract , this was not completed within contract timelines . When we were told builder was coming didn’t turn up twice - poor communication from company as we had to chase each time . Made to feel our job wasn’t important due to this . Have received apology , but process should be more joined up to enable client contract to be fully met within time stated and better communication.
