Louise takes him out twice a week when I have other commitments. From my observation Louise has a natural affinity with Ralph and he is always happy to see her. She never let's you down, is flexible when you need to change or cancel and always let's you know in advance about holidays etc. I know from Ralph's demeanour after his return that he has been well looked after and exercised. Louise is always happy to give you advice which has been very helpful to me as Ralph is my first dog. I would recommend her to anyone who needs help and support to look after their dog.
