Great training classes, have completed puppy foundation and are now half way through puppy improvers. Luna enjoys it and it has helped so much at home too, as well as being good fun! Julie is a great trainer with a vast amount of knowledge and experience. Would recommend. Looking forward to carrying on to the next level soon too!

I can't thank Paula enough for everything she has done for us in the last 3 months. I broke my foot (which has had complications) and couldn't walk my old staffie boy Rowan. I was recommended Paula and she exceeded all expectations. She came round to meet Rowan and you could see how genuine she was and that she actually cared about him. She is clearly a dog lover! I instantly trusted her and was happy for her to start right away. She walked Rowan nearly everyday for 3 months and Rowan loved his time with her. Rowan is a rescue, and is a very sensitive soul, so it was touch and go if he would actually go on a walk with Paula, but with a bit of encouragement and me telling him it was ok, he trotted off down the road and didn't look back. He then looked forward to seeing her every morning, and loved the natural treats she has in her bag! I honestly don't know how we would have coped without her these past few months, she is totally flexible and will do anything she can to help you or the dog. I have no problems recommending Hounds Out of Bounds and personally Paula.

I love the reward and satisfaction seeing the dog come from mischievous dog to a well mannered obedient family pet. All the while ensuring that the dog keeps up with its homework along with their parents!
The biggest sense of achievement when training dogs is seeing the parents of their pooches become more relaxed in the approach to training their pet.
But it is not all about training a dog, it is being outside in all weathers and enjoying spending time with dogs and their owners who each have different personalities and working from that to provide a better life for dog and their owners.
My inspiration comes from having been a lover of dogs and working along side them for the majority of my life and understanding that dogs are very much like humans who just need a few boundaries which in turn allows for a better lifestyle.
Yes, this is me, Mina, and I would like to think I will get the pleasure in giving you a tour around Angmering and at Canine Academy. It has been such lovely experience so far working with dogs and their parents and not one have I felt I have failed at, but be it a challenge I am always up for!
I do like to think that its not just having to get qualifications working with dogs but having an understanding in dogs, as well as getting to know them and their parents personalities and building that relationship along with trust. Which we all know is important!
I have lost count in how many dogs I have helped as I have worked along side dogs for over 5 years be it rehabilitation, trying to help rehome dogs (which where it all started) along with gaining a great portfolio of my students here at Canine Academy. I have worked with all dogs big and small, as well as working with all different personalities!
I do hold a couple of training certificates, with a number of others in the pipeline. I do strongly believes in only using positive reinforcement methods as this is the only way to achieve long-term results, whilst creating and maintaining a bond with you and your dog which of course is based on trust.
At least you will feel safe in the knowledge your pooch will be in good hands! I do hold a certificate for Canine First Aid & CPR and Merit in Dog Behaviour.
