My two rescue dogs are responding well to the calm and un hurried approach of being able to take things at their own pace. They appear to enjoy the enrichment sessions and are forming a bond with Jessie which is lovely to see. Thoroughly recommend her quiet, relaxed way of dealing with anxious dogs putting them at ease.

I'm Emilia and I love dogs. They bring us so much joy and devotion. Our dogs – like us - deserve the very best life but sometimes their behavioural issues can get in the way of delivering that outcome. So, if you're struggling with your beloved's behaviour, don't worry! With some consistent focus and guidance, you can help your dog overcome their behavioural issues and continue on the path to extracting the maximum joy from life.

I’ve been using Emma’s dog walking and dog sitting services for over a year ever since my little dachshund was a puppy and I couldn’t be happier with her professionalism, friendliness, flexibility and absolute dedication to providing excellent care to my pup. Emma sends updates (including videos of what the pups are up to) throughout the day which I’ve always appreciated, and upped the updates when I was on holidays for 3 weeks away from my pooch. Honestly, my pup gets so excited (I often think more excited than when she sees me) to see Emma in the mornings - that says it all! Emma - thank you so much for looking after Peanut as if she was your own!

I will solve any behavioural problems your dog might have , including excessive barking, aggression, separation anxiety, fear, pulling on the lead, obsessions, food/toy guarding, poo eating, recall, or any other unwanted behaviour. I offer one to one sessions in your home, and/or local park. I only promote the use of positive reinforcement with no punishment in my training.

I am so glad I got in touch with Fenella, she helped us with lots of issues.
I contacted her to help my reactive and anxious dog being more relaxed at home and stop being scared and barking every time there are noises around (she is a rescue who was badly treated and she is very sensitive). I read some books first and tried few things but nothing seemed to work until we met Fenella. In a matter of a day or two, my dog has learned to be much more relaxed and she is a happier dog now, she knows we are in control of the situation when there are noises and she can stop worrying.
Apart from that, I could ask Fenella about lots of different situations that worried me, and she gave me very valuable tips that have helped me a lot e.g. the way I walk the dogs, how to help my dog when she is unsure/scared about going to new places, how to manage my other dog when he is seeking for attention or annoying his "sister", how to improve my dog recall, how to introduce the dogs to our new home when we move etc.
I am much more confident now in the way I manage any situation and my dogs know it.

I always loved dogs since my childhood. In 2014 my passion became my profession after graduating at SIUA the School of Human_Animal Interaction as a Dog Educator. In 2019i also completed the Dog Instructor course at 6Zampe Capriolo (Italy). My slogan is QUALITY over QUANTITY, my mission to support the relation between dogs and they humans. The walks are structured in small groups in order to guarantee the well-being, happiness and safety of all participants.
Animal Behaviour annd Trauma Recovery Service offers bespoke training and behaviour consultations specialising in dogs that are rescues, fearful or have otherwise experienced trauma. I am a Provisional Clinical Animal Behaviourist with the APBC and a Family Dog Mediator. All methods are force free, positive and relationship based. All training assessments and behaviour consultations are carried out in your own home. Training assessments are approximately 11/2 hours in length and behaviour consultations are 2-3 hours . Training assessments allow me to get to know you and your dog and draw up an initial training plan that is unique for you. Then you are supported through follow up sessions either at your home or in the park. Everything is at your dog’s pace. The training plan is updated as your dog progresses. Behaviour consultations are via veterinary referral in line with legal and regulatory requirements for a Provisional member of the APBC under the Veterinary Surgeons Act. A behaviour consultation involves my visiting you and your dog in order to obtain a full history including their early history ,general management routine , exercise and /or training regime as well as a detailed examination of the problem. It is useful to speak to the whole family and those who have regular contact with your dog such as a dog walker in order to obtain as full a picture as possible of your dog , their behaviour and your relationship . A comprehensive behaviour report , vet letter and initial training plan is included. You and your dog will be supported through out the entire process.
I love seeing the animals and caregivers I work with blossoming and becoming confident as their relationships deepen .whether this is for basic training, behaviour consultations or helping an animal start their recovery journey.
I was inspired to start my own business after meeting so many people having taken the rewarding step of welcoming a rescue into their home or having an animal that had a traumatic or negative experience that were struggling to manage their pet. It is this that inspired me to start my business .
I offer my clients support and empathy with their pets problems and treat them all as individuals tailoring training and behaviour plans to suit. I regularly attend seminars, trainings and conferences to ensure my knowledge is fully up to date. I am particularly passionate about trauma and ptsd in dogs and horses and helping guardians to support their animals to heal and lead a full life. I have also presented at the Equine Assisted and Faciltated Practitioners Network International Conference on the rehabilitation of traumatised animals.
