Heather's help has been invaluable, not only training our dog but also our whole family including our young children on how to interact with and train our dog while having lots of fun. Heather is passionate about dogs and it shows on her methods of training. She alway uses positive reinforcement rewarding dogs with food and toys to achieve the desired behaviour. Never using harsh treatment or intimidation toward dogs. Heather helped us with difficult issues such as pulling on the lead, playing too rough with other dogs and more importantly on his recall. Our dog has improved a lot and is a delight to live with now. Heather is patient, friendly and eager to help and this made us feel at ease during her lessons. We love Ruffles!! Our boy Buddy only goes 1 day a week, mainly just for the social aspect as he was a lockdown pup. He has come on amazingly in such a short time, he now loves other dogs and is friendly towards other people. He is so excited to go and comes home ready for a long nap (peace and quiet for us 😂). The girls at ruffles are fab, sending updates throughout the day and always giving us a debrief on his time there. We also love how easy it is, from booking him in, dropping him off and payment - it just works. Ruffles have got it spot on and I couldn’t recommend it more!!

Was a bit apprehensive with hearing of negative experiences of dog grooming at other large chain pet stores. My terrier was in need of a nail trim and after hearing her usual groomer was fully booked up, decided to pop in (after seeing positive reviews on Google) to my local Pets&Friends.
Asked for an appointment and they had time to see her right away. So pleased and she looks a lot happier. Will definitely visit again.
