What do you love most about your job?

The look of accomplishment both Guardians and their dogs get when they take what they have learnt from my classes and apply them to work together.

What inspired you to start your own business?

My love of dogs has been very evident from a young age. I used to love watching dog training shows on the TV and when my favourite trainer/host created her academy I knew I just had to apply. I love training dogs, it simply brings me joy.

Why should our clients choose you?

If a client chooses to work with me I go out of my way to make my classes accessible and enjoyable for my students both furry and human. I have been complimented on my creative ways to achieve what is asked of me, and treat clients how I would like to be treated if I were to use my service. You may be a client, but I'll train with you like a friend.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

I do offer remote advice and lessons.

Please note, I cannot do remote consultations as I need to be with the dog to accurately reads their body language during different situations concerning the problem behaviour, so I do not feel this is a service I can provide remotely. I will, however, be happy to evaluate any videos of the behaviour.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

When I started my business we were just coming out of the first lock-down since Covid-19. To keep my students safe, we ask that everyone wears a mask when attending class, as well as using the hand sanitiser provided. If I come to client's homes to work, I always wear a mask and carry hand sanitiser with me. I have also refrained from shaking hands, and unfortunately giving hugs when clients have expressed their wishes to do so when finishing a lesson.
