This is equally as important for walker and walked. With terrain variations, undulating geopgraphy, muscles are worked in differing area's of the legs, and back that would not usually be worked. Speaking of muscles, we also offer a physical therapy service. Not physiotherapy; our work is on the advice of the Vet and Vet Physio. We will perform exercises to assist in healing of injuries, or post surgery. Additionally, older pup's - ones who are showing signs of arthritis, or hip dysplasia. Obviously these conditions are not curable, however, we can make sure that your dog is more comfortable and more mobile than if not undergoing therapy. We also homeboard pets, of all sizes. They are welcomed into our home as one of the family! we will walk three times each day, give your baby a home from home experience! We can also cook speciality biscuits for your pet.
What isn't to love? I get to walk every day several times each day with happy furry faces! Happiness is either a ball launched across the playing field or into the bushes... We have adventures in forest's or go off on a new walk .
We try not to do the same walk twice in one week, new is good, new is happy, We love to try new training techniques, have many obstacles that can be used to maintain good muscle strength and ligament/tendon structure.
My four border collies (Broc, Bella, Mostyn and Max) taught me that walking is great to de-stress, very clearing for the mind, and superb for finding inner-peace and calm. Nature and our fabulous planet provide all the excitement that one could need, with no one day being the same as the next. Mud and rain are our new best friends - as are going home with mud splashed all over my face ;-)
We have decades experience walking and training dogs/pets. My love for my pet's and fur friends is only over shadowed by my love for my children. Your pets are in the best of hands, when they are with me, they are treated as royalty.
