Due to previous damp experiences I wanted a damp survey to be carried out on a property I was buying. LJCC services were very helpful and prompt in answering all my queries and made me feel at ease throughout; special mention to Leah for this. The survey was carried out on the Friday, the surveyor Joe then called me straight after which I thought was a nice personal touch.
I received the survey on the Tuesday, which was descriptive and what Joe talked to me about and thankfully there was nothing major but the report did provide advice on how to manage the mould residue. The price was the most competitive I found in the essex area so I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you very much :)
