I have had a series of Coaching sessions with Monty. I started with Life Coaching and Monty was able to quickly show me where I was stuck in my life, and helped me form new habits which really changed things for me. I also used Monty's services in my business. I was struggling with team dynamics due to hierarchy and culture issues. Monty was able to cut through all the politics and get to the root of issues, whilst engaging so sensitively with my staff. I highly recommend his services

I have an MA in Core Process Psychotherapy and practice online, by telephone and in-person in Chippenham and Bath. I help people work their way through a variety of difficult experiences, which can range from feeling: • overwhelmed by stress at work, home or university • exhausted by a constant battle with negative thoughts and emotions • bereaved by the loss of, or separation from, a loved one • anxious after illness, trauma or abuse • unsettled by a deep need or fear of change Core Process Psychotherapy helps clients connect with their body and mind and work towards easing the impact that stress, depression and anxiety can have on them. This combines psychotherapy, neurobiology and mindfulness practice. By bringing attention to emotions and sensations in the body and observing our thoughts (as opposed to believing everything we think is real) we can learn more about our deeply held beliefs, drives and habits and how they shape our daily experience and relationships with others. The benefits of giving yourself regular space to explore your personal issues, with supportive guidance, can be profound. It can lead to greater self-awareness, a calmer/more relaxed and balanced approach to life, and ultimately the freedom to fulfil your potential. It can also, over time, help to release draining tension and emotions and assist in relieving pain, and improving sleep and underlying health. I have been in practice for over two years, have UK Council for Psychotherapy membership, a clinical licence and am fully insured to practice. I offer a free half hour introductory session, then charge £50 an hour. If you would like to meet to discuss working together, please contact me through my website www.emmafeasbytherapy.co.uk.
I enjoy providing caring support and helping people find a way to ease their emotional distress.
I became increasingly aware of the growing levels of stress, anxiety, depression and isolation in our communities and became interested in helping people find a path to happiness and wellbeing.

The rooms I work at in Chippenham and Bath have hand sanitation stations near the entrance/exit and masks are worn in public spaces. They are large, airy and well ventilated and I sit over 2 metres apart from my clients. I clean the room thoroughly between sessions.
