It can be as small as self-sabotage through behaviour patterns like an addiction to a phone, or as large as a destructive behaviour like drug or alcohol addiction. Those questions took me on a voyage of discovery to understand human behaviour in such a way as to learn not only what causes it, but also what causes it to stop.
