I am an accredited NLP Master Practitioner with the Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (ANLP), Master Time Line Therapist and Hypnotherapist. The way I work involves focused exercises and techniques, goal setting and tasking combined with an emphasis on mindfulness and Quantum Physics.
