Offering a wide range of support for Adults & Couples with a wide range of difficulties; Anxiety, GAD, Abuse, Depression, Loss & Bereavement, Separation & Divorce, Affairs & Betrayal, Issues around Adoption, Infertility, Addiction(s), PTSD, Childhood Trauma, ADHD, Asperger's, Work place stress, Illness, Cancer and many other issues.
Providing a safe and confidential space, which gives a client the space to unload and unpack their true life experience. So that when they are ready I can support them to rebuild their life. Ultimately my job is to become redundant as the client moves forward with more understanding of their true self.
I have worked in both the private and public sector, but felt it was important to set up my own practice so that I could provide a more integrative service to my clients with less limitations.
As an integrative counsellor, it is my philosophy that every person is unique and we all think, feel and react in different ways, because of this it is important to work holistically with each of my clients by integrating different theories in my practice to produce a unique therapy adapted to suit your particular needs.
If you decide that I am the right counsellor for you, we will work together with what you bring, with the understanding that we will not simply examine the problem/issue in isolation but as a part of your world, seeing it in the wider context of your life and history.
