I have worked in mental health services on the front line for 6 years and opened my own counselling service. I offer an integrative counselling approach to individuals and couples. This can be short term or long term counselling, according to your needs. My aim is to to listen and to create a non- judgmental environment. I work with a range of clients, who have depression, anxiety, voice hearers.
