My name is Laura and I am a psychotherapist working with couples and individuals. Together we will talk about your difficulties and understand the cause of them. We will change your patterns and give you the tools to change the areas in your life that you feel needs to be different.

With recent discoveries in Brain Science, it has been seen how easy it is to simply turn in a different direction and let go of those tendencies that are holding us back. When we revisit and revisit we reignite old pathways in the brain that show us how 'damaged we are'; we remind the brain of a path we once took; its always easier to take a worn path, and the brain will take it if not directed otherwise.

It might be something you want to change, understand, or learn to accept. Through my own personal experience, I understand that it can be difficult to start therapy and to choose a Counsellor. I offer a counselling and psychotherapy service so that people who are experiencing difficult tim es in their lives can come and go through them with me. After working together for a while, we usually are able to find a way of working though the issue and leaving it behind. So that we can be sure that we want to work together, the first session is offered on a free of charge basis.
