Moira Leslie
I found Lesley on the Internet when I felt that anxiety, and fear of planes and ferries, was making my life unbearable.
Lesley is a very caring person and her calm voice instils calmness in me too. At home after my first meeting with Lesley, I was about to try some deep breathing when I felt I could hear Lesley's voice. Immediately I felt calm.
After a course of treatment, if I feel a sense of panic I resort to concentrating on my breathing and playing some very calming music.
Being treated by Lesley has changed my life. Friends have noticed the change in my demeanour and are happy for me.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Lesley.
I'm a integrative psychotherapist and couples counsellor. I hold Accredited membership of BACP. I'm also an EMDR Therapist and am a member of the EMDR Association.

Hi Graham,
Just wanted to write and say thanks for the help regarding my forearm splints and taking the time to asses me over video chat.
After being given poor advise after a sports massage i continued training to the point it hurt to hold a drink!
You gave me the news i didn't want to hear (lay off hand balancing for a few days).
5 days after taking your advise i start training again tomorrow and will continue to follow your stretching and recovery advise from now on.
Thanks again.
Ian

Testimonial ”Best thing I’ve done in my life. Having someone with you to go to those places that wouldn’t feel safe to go alone and that you trust to bring you back is like having someone to hold your hand through the bad times. I’ve learnt loads, about myself, my relationships and work. It’s like being able to see clearly for the first time.” (Client, 2016)
