I had no experience of past life regression or Hypnotherapy of any kind prior to meeting Magdalena. I was intrigued about the process and was open to discover what insights may be given to me, so kept my mind open. She gently and expertly guided me through three sessions, each with a different focus that we discussed and agreed beforehand. I felt totally safe and supported throughout, in a peaceful lovingly held space. As a complete novice, the time and care taken, before and after our sessions really helped me delve into the things I felt and experienced, that continue to bring me insights months afterwards. I was very reluctant to admit I needed to see a counsellor but after my first visit to Jay, I knew I'd made the right decision. After my first session, Jay made me feel at ease, allowing me to speak freely without any judgement and through my own speech and the occasional remark from Jay it made me think rationally for the first time in many months.
