I have done loads of EFT in the past - Tapping Solutions and various others. Even studied to be an EFT therapist with Gary Craig, but my session with Karolyn was completely different to anything I'd ever done before.
It was much more personal, powerful and bespoke. Karolyn is very thorough and intuitive. I was feeling so fragmented and edgy (10 out of 10) when I came to the session and she structured the session perfectly to unravel all that. (I yawned compulsively through the whole thing showing just how much energy was shifting.) Although I can't remember all the details of it, by the end I'd gone from a 10 to a 2… and I felt relaxed and calm - and very sleepy!
Interestingly, the next day I woke up and had some incredible new, creative insights about my work that I hadn't ever had before… and I'm sure it was because something 'stuck' had shifted in that session.
