Hello and Welcome. I’m Catherine Quayle, a counsellor, providing counselling for Adults in Herefordshire. I offer help with a variety of issues, including (but not limited to ) anxiety, depression, bereavement, loss, OCD, relationship difficulties, stress and anger management. I'm an integrative counsellor - I blend several approaches to counselling depending on your individual circumstances and experiences, and on what we both feel is most useful for you.
At Cognitive Mind Solutions (CMS) we use Cognitive Hypnotherapy (CH) which is a most effective combination of techniques from Evolutionary Psychology, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Theory and Neuro Linguistic Programming. With CH we break down the origins of a presenting problem rather than just addressing the symptoms as happens with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and other talking therapies.
The Focus On Progress Counselling and Hypnotherapy that I use is very different from traditional types of therapy and this is because we won’t spend time getting bogged down talking about or revisiting all your negative and hurtful experiences. I will be using a unique blend of counselling and hypnosis I will be with you every step of the way as if I was holding your hand in a therapeutic sense.
I am a meditation teacher and bodyworker based in Malvern. I offer therapy for mental, emotional or physical issues and other life challenges, including relationship matters. I recovered from serious illnesses myself by using the methods I now teach. I am passionate about helping clients improve their quality of life and always do everything I can to support those I work with.

Counselling for individuals and couples. A private space to talk and explore any issues occuring. I work in a person centred way with whatever the client brings to the session. I work integretively so will draw on knowledge and skills from different theories, perspectives and approaches and tailor this to each unique client and their circumstances...

I've only used the spa services at Inner Harmony, so I can't comment on the salon or other aspects. But so far, I love it! You MUST get a deep tissue massage, and the facials are the most effective I've ever had. Only reason they loose a star is the layout of the spa is difficult (up a flight of stairs, and I don't know if there are handicapped accessible options), and the staff who answers the phone doesn't always know what to do when you call for something other than a hair cut. The prices are very competitive, even lower than I've paid elsewhere for lesser service. Give them a try!

Sometimes the world can be overwhelming, difficult to navigate, confusing and simply put hard work. Life can get messy and painful and sometimes, when this happens we do not know what to do. We can feel alone, anxious and unsure of the next step. If you are feeling like this, counselling could be the exact thing you need. If you require more information, email me directly on m•••••@••••.

I'm a Counsellor and member of the B.A.C.P (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and also a member of the Children and Young People division of the B.A.C.P. My private practice , which started in 2011, is based in Hereford city centre, close to Hereford cathedral. I offer short term and open ended counselling to individuals and I am experienced in working with children, young people and adults who have come for counselling for many different reasons.
I offer one to one face to face counselling and couple counselling as well as counselling children and young people. I also offer counselling via Skype.
1. The basics I've been providing counselling, mostly face-to-face, but also on-line, since 2012 when I left Bristol University with a PostGraduate Diploma in Counselling. 2. Why Wye Talk? I enjoy hearing people talk however difficult this may feel to them. I've spent 25 years as a market researcher (so I'm used to listening), I believe talking can be tremendously beneficial to individuals ... and I live near the River Wye. 3. My motivation I feel it's a real privilege to hear people's stories and their tales of anxiety, frustration, sadness, anger, confusion and, at times, utter bewilderment. I've gone through a huge amount of personal loss in the last 15 years which I've survived (so far, at least), and I'm keen to help others get through any type of loss they may be experiencing either now or in the past. Any sort of loss takes time for readjustment and whilst this is happening, you may feel worried, scared and uncertain as to the best way forward. This is where talking to someone who will not judge you, under any circumstance, but will listen, listen some more, and listen again, can be of huge value. I promise to be your listener, your rock, and support you throughout whatever it is you're going through. We are all flawed. I'm flawed, and that's normal. Call me, text or email, and I'd love to hear your story so that we can work together until you find a more rewarding and enjoyable way of living again. Claire 07971816541
I love hearing people's stories and gain immense satisfaction from working with people to overcome their difficulties, the things that keep them awake at night, that won't go away.
I've always done work which involves talking to people, and talking to people about things that are really important to them is the best sort of conversation you can possibly have.
I've gone through numerous losses of my own in the last ten years (relating to relationships, finances, my home, my health) and I know how it can feel. I've developed ways of coping and want to be able to share these with others!
I've a huge amount of personal experiences of things going 'wrong' in life. Some of it's been my fault, but not all, and I've learned a huge amount along the way. This, alongside more formal training in counselling gives me a wealth of experience which I can draw on to help you.
Yes, I frequently see people on Zoom and also on Facetime, both of which I feel can be highly effective.
I have seen more people virtually rather than face to face because of Covid but the latter is increasing again now that restrictions are less restrictive. If meeting face to face I will wear a mask if the client wants me to but otherwise work mask-free. The centres I use for seeing people are constantly cleaning to high Covid standards in order to minimise risks.
