I work with anyone who is suffering emotionally or mentally. The focus is on developing greater awareness and understanding; going through a process of discovering your way of coping and gently challenging ways that have become unhelpful; unlocking and dealing with events that may have been too painful in the past but slowly and with support. The symptoms being suffered will vary from person to person.

I am a fully qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, accredited with BACP. I am based in Rochdale. I have several years experience working in the NHS as a counsellor with Adult men and women with varied experiences. I have experience working with a range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, low self esteem, abuse, sexual abuse, relational patterns, bereavement and loss, life transitions, childhood issues, identity problems.

We are a therapy centre in Saddleworth, offering you a safe and relaxing environment. We offer many services, including hypnotherapy, counselling, mindfulness and Emotional Freedom Technique.

I am a registered member of the BACP directory I offer professional Person Centred Integrative Counselling service to people who are stressed, confused or perhaps facing a crisis in your life, or have some ongoing difficulties you cannot seem to resolve.
