I am a fully qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, accredited with BACP. I am based in Rochdale. I have several years experience working in the NHS as a counsellor with Adult men and women with varied experiences. I have experience working with a range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, low self esteem, abuse, sexual abuse, relational patterns, bereavement and loss, life transitions, childhood issues, identity problems.

qualified as a Person Centred Counsellor from The University of Salford and have since added a plethora of therapy and support skills to my tool kit.  I specialise in Trauma Therapy, working with Phobias, Shame and Attachment issues and Anxiety and Depression.  1:1 sessions are beneficial for supporting you to address issues that are affecting your every day life.  These issues may be anxiety, depression, panic attacks, relationship problems, in fact any issue that stops you living your life to it's full potential.

Al-Salām Alaykum Wa Rahmatullāhi Wa Barakātuh❗️ I am currently offering Ruqya counselling sessions where I teach my fellow students/patients the science of ruqya. Here, a person will be taught how to accurately diagnose themselves with black magic, evil eye, jinn possession and Waswaas conditioning. A patient can either be suffering from one or all of the above. I have been practising this for over ten years and I remember I started suffering from a plethora of issues after I got married.
