Holly has been an incredibly huge help during the worst year of my life. I used to think counselling was a bit silly but I have found it to be helpful, thought provoking and worthwhile. I would highly recommend Hollys services, she is kind, a great listener and explains your feelings/behaviour in such a helpful way.

I have known Tracy for 20 years. She trained as a Cousellor in the last 10 years and having had her own life experiences has progressed into a brilliant Counsellor. The attachment theory she bases her sessions on are outstanding. She specialises in bereavement, all forms of relationship blockages and helps people unblock their pathway to profession in a positive way. I can highly recommend this type of counselling for anyone as you do not need to wait for a crisis to occur. Tracy is absolutely brilliant at helping people see the way to unblock any obstacles. Superb and worth every penny.

Finding the space in your busy day to give deep thought to what life choices you want to make and what actions you are going take to move you closer to your goals and desires, takes a lot of Courage, Curiosity and Compassion. Is this what you have? Or are you willing to learn how to do this? If so, well done on taking your first step to achieve that - by being here! The second courageous step is to actually take action in making that call.

I have been having life coaching with Marisa for a short while now and I have already seen a massive improvement in myself. I have suffered with stress and anxiety for many years and have tried a number of things such as counselling but none of it helped. I would think to myself I will feel better when I have got over this worry but I never did because there was always another! I suffered so bad that I would be at the Osteopaths on a weekly basis. Since I have been seeing Marisa, I haven’t been for 3 months! I found Marisa very easy to talk to and be honest with about how I have been feeling. She has given me the tools to look at situations in a different way, to no longer worry about what other people think, be happy with myself which was probably the hardest thing to do, to always find a positive out of a negative situation and to be kind to myself and give myself time for me. I plan to continue my sessions with Marisa as I always come away feeling I am in a more positive mindset and cannot believe the difference it has made. I am happy at last! I would definitely recommend Marisa at River Dreams Coaching.

I understand that sometimes life can be tough, full of problems and issues that you just can’t cope with anymore and turning to family or friends for help just isn’t an option. It can feel a little frightening acknowledging to yourself that you want or need to speak to a counsellor, so taking this first step can be an incredibly hard thing to do and I appreciate the effort it might have taken to get this far.

CBT has been the most amazing episode, it is honestly like a spa experience for your brain! Through learning about and using CBT I have adjusted the way that I approach daily life and the different adventures and challenges that life brings.
Helen is brilliant at what she does, she makes you feel at ease rapidly and is a wealth of knowledge too.
If you are thinking of focusing on improving your mental wellbeing Helen is extremely highly recommended by me :-)

Having worked in the NHS and the Private Sector for many years I decided that I wanted to be able to offer the flexibility of work that organisations sometimes struggle to do.
I primarily became a psychologist because I am interested in and care about people. Life can often be a very rewarding and positive experience but inevitably we encounter difficulties along the way which can have a significant impact on how we view ourselves and the world. My aim will be to help you to utilise the strengths and resources you have and identify others that could also be of value. I am trained in a number of proven therapy models which enables me to offer a flexible and personalised approach to suit you. I offer a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space in a relaxed and welcoming private psychotherapy centre.
I am also accredited and recognised by a number of professional bodies including the Health Care Professions Council and the British Psychological Society.
