Hi, my name is Clare, thank you for looking at my profile. I believe in the uniqueness of each individual person and I am committed to helping each client within the therapeutic relationship towards a more fulfilling life and a greater sense of self. I have worked with people who were experiencing a broad range of difficulties including, anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, stress and depression primarily offering techniques in managing and overcoming these particular difficulties using a range therapies as well as exploring the deeper underlying issues they may be linked to.

I value the influences of the humanistic and person centred approaches, which means that I believe every person has the potential to unlock their own resources and find inner strength and the solutions to their own concerns. We just sometimes need help finding the right key. I may draw on other theories and techniques, as this gives me the freedom and flexibility to work in a way which best suits you as an individual and by working together we can identify and understand possible areas to look at more closely, whether they are present concerns or from the past.

As a coach, my aim to to make sure you live the life you want to live. I can help you get out of the 'going with the flow life', and get into a life that you enjoy. If you do a job that you enjoy, then you will never work another day in your life. I specialise in Peak Performance Coaching, and Goal Setting, giving you a springboard to freedom and self confidence. Never have another bad day again (learning to cope with the bad days).

I offer individual, couple and small group counselling. I have worked with clients on many issues. I offer face to face counselling and Skype sessions.
