We love to help people to grow and overcome challenges as seeing people lead positives lives gives us satisfaction that we have done our job properly. We love to see clients lead happy lives.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Overcoming challenges has helped me to understand the need for counselling and its positive affects. I believe we all need counselling at some point in our lives as it gives us perspective and helps us to see our true potential to be happy. This has inspired me to begin a counselling service and support individuals who can benefit from counselling.

Why should our clients choose you?

Our client should choose us because:
- We have a number of counsellors (that bring their own expertise and life experience).
- We have no waiting list.
- We have affordable prices.
- We have been established for many years and have a good understanding of our clients.
- We are based in a Community Centre and can be reached by train and bus.
- We have had positive feedback from people who feel the counselling has made a big difference to their lives.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Our counselling services can be accessed face to face, online or by telephone. This ensures people have remote access and can receive counselling from any location.

Please specify preferred option when contacting us.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

The lockdown/Covid 19 period was a difficult time for many people. We wanted to ensure people could still access counselling therefore we ensured counselling could continue via telephone or online.
