What do you love most about your job?

My clients are what make my job so fulfilling. Their willingness and courage to seek help means I feel priviledged every day having the opportunity to provide life-changing support to their unique and varied needs. I love the creative and healing process of therapy and how transformative it is in people's lives. Knowing that my clients walk away with a new way of being in the world is incredibly rewarding and inspires me to keep developing as a therapist.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I worked within the NHS in a GP surgery but wanted to offer my clients a more comfortable, homely and less sterile environment to work through their challenges and struggles.

I set up my practice to mirror what I feel is important for a healing space and love that I can offer women and girls a warm and inviting place to look forward to coming to for their sessions with me.

I also offer a range of online services so that I can work with women from near or far.

Why should our clients choose you?

I work exclusively with women and girls. This is my area of interest and expertise. As a mother, wife, daughter and sister I feel I offer a broad area of personal and professional experience especially in the realm of marriage/family/relationship issues, infidelity, trauma, abuse, bereavement, loss, narcissistic abuse/survivor of abuse, pregnancy/birth/postpartum issues, mothering, stress/anxiety/depression, career/workplace challenges and money/financial issues as they relate to women specifically.
