The sequence of the session is. We start the session by questions and answers, the answers are obtained by using the method of Kinesiology ( muscle testing remotely). followed by focusing on the triggers that are causing stress. Each session will sort a specific issue. I avoid leaving clients unsettled, each session will end on a positive mind set or at the very least with the ability to see the way through.
The majority of time my sessions are online but if they are not, I asked the pertinent questions beofre treatment and we use face masks and gloves.
