I offer one to one psychotherapy, bespoke courses on anxiety management and lifting depression, in-depth bereavement support, lifestyle issues, relaxation and meditation, walking therapy. My fees are £50for 50-60 minutes and £65 for couples therapy. I offer concessions for low income/unwaged. Please contact me for an assessment session to see whether we feel happy to work together.

I have over 15 years experience in the support industry. I have worked with adults, children and families. I have experience with developing positive habits, building confidence and self esteem, domestic abuse, addiction and recovery, some areas of mental health, managing behaviour., debt management, childhood trauma and relationships. I have some personal experience with many of the issues I have mentioned previously.
