‘19 Certificate of Excellence

I offer face to face psychotherapeutic counselling, this consists of 50 minute sessions on a long or short term basis. I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation, and a reduced 1st session fee. You might be feeling depressed, anxious or stressed out. You might be experiencing relationship issues, grief or loss, abuse or trauma. Any one of these issues can be painful and confusing to know how to deal with, but you needn’t deal with it alone. I am an experienced, Integrative, Psychotherapeutic Counsellor working in the Windsor, Maidenhead and London areas. My way of working means I do not give clients advice or answers, nor do I ‘analyse’ my clients; we work together to look at issues, and look also at past experiences so that we can start to make sense of whatever you are facing. This highly collaborative, relational process can lead to real change and enhancement of your well-being, mental health and inner resourcefulness.

What do you love most about your job?

Working towards long-lasting change in people's well-being and mental health is an incredible process. This means I am often supporting people through some of the hardest times of their life.
My style of therapy is a highly collaborative and relational process, and working together with clients to make positive changes to their internal and external worlds is an absolute privilege.

What inspired you to start your own business?

As an individual practitioner, I am part of the Hatch group of Counsellors and Psychotherapists which I helped to set up. Our aim is to widen access to therapy and counselling for all who need it, and promote excellence in the profession. Setting up my own practice means I can apply my knowledge and experience to help clients through this process, I can be creative and dynamic in my work.

Why should our clients choose you?

I am a supportive and dynamic practitioner, with experience of working with a wide range of issues and with clients from many different backgrounds.
This includes stress, anxiety, depression, OCD, anger, suicidal thoughts, abuse, trauma, relationship issues and many more.
I have a non-judgmental and deeply empathetic nature, and am here to listen to whatever you might be facing so we can look at it together, try to make sense of what's happening and how to move forward.
