The cleaners are paid directly by you at the hourly rate of £9.00. They work for a minimum of two hours per visit and they are happy to do laundry and ironing at the same rate. You would need to provide all cleaning products and equipment for the cleaner to use. Staff will not enter properties if they are displaying symptoms or have been told to isolate by the government Track and Trace Team
We are asking all customers to vacate the home whilst we are cleaning. If this is not possible we are asking that they isolate on one room of the home during our visit.
In recognition of the impact that the virus is having on customers we are also waiving our cancellation charges for isolation cancellations for domestic customers.
