I also previously did a Psychology degree and my passion is working with teens and adolescents in particular. I have been in practice for 6 years. I am approachable, warm and non judgemental and my main aim is to empower my clients to recognise their own strengths and capacities so that they can lead hopeful and exciting lives.
Anxiety? Friendship issues? Poor emotional regulation? Play Therapy uses a creative toolkit of toys, art, sand and music to support children. We explore our feelings through the toys, which is especially helpful for children who struggle to open up or connect with their emotions. I am an ELSA-certified Learning Mentor. I have worked as a Teaching Assistant in mainstream school and a CAMHS clinic.

I help those exhausted by debilitating anxiety, phobias or a lack of confidence every day to finally experience a life absolutely free of anxiety and full of confidence and self-belief, using simple conversation. Has every therapist told you until now that they can't cure your anxiety or phobia, only help you learn to cope with the symptoms? I don't treat your symptoms, only the cause.

I started my own business alongside working for a clinic because there was no specialist child and adolescent psychotherapy service anywhere near where I live. I know the area well and knew that the need was there, so decided to make the jump into private practice two years ago.

Yes, I of course I can absolutely offer sessions online via Zoom if that is the client's requirement. Zoom sessions mean I also have more flexibility with times and can see clients from all over the country despite being based in the south east.
Throughout the pandemic period I managed to maintain my therapeutic practice and made the decision to worked online very early. Some clients still need or prefer to limit their exposure to COVD and for those clients I can offer Zoom sessions.
