My story is pretty cliche and you’ve probably heard it a millions times! I used to work for big marketing agencies, doing mind numbing work, handling huge budgets and suffering through endless useless meetings with shouty clients. I was getting nowhere I wanted to and it didn’t do my brain and health any good. My passion for health and food only grew bigger over the years and I finally decided to take a leap of faith and start studying nutrition properly and start my own business.

Tracey Bakes provides the perfect food for your perfect event, all our food is homemade, fresh using only the best ingredients, so you can sit back and relax while we take care of everything for you. We have menus to suit all budgets and dietary requirements. including party celebrations, afternoon teas, desserts, funeral teas weddings. We have a hygiene rating of 5 so you can trust all our food handling and preparation is of the highest standard.

We provide outside catering for events and parties and local sandwich deliveries. I am a city and guilds qualified chef with over 30 years experience. I have provided catering for many local authority and local health service events in the last 10 years. Our cold buffets start at £2.85 per person and our £14 per person is our luxury buffet. This is especially suitable for your wedding reception.

We offer fabulous buffets for business lunches, private parties and weddings. Having come from Delicatessen beginnings we provide high quality food at very competitive prices. We use proper butter on our sandwiches, free range eggs, we don't cut corners just sandwiches :) Our reputation is growing as we really do supply tasty food. We offer a wide range of vegetarian options and cater for all dietary requirements - vegan, halal, food allergies.

At OULA we take pride in being creative caterers. Our food is fresh, bright and flavourful. We source our ingredients locally and organically where possible. We are also a plastic free establishment and use compostable and sustainable packaging. We have an eclectic food menu which is packed in platter boxes ready to serve at any gathering. We love and specialise in family style feasts and buffet style food.
