Wow what can I say..... what a beautiful hotel. Could not fault anything about the place. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Myself and my mum said for one night to watch Ed Sheeran and the hotel is in perfect location the the stadium and town centre. When we arrived back from the town in the evening we were greeted by the most lovely helpfully night porter who went out of his way to ensure we were happy. He was lovely and kept myself and my mum company while we had a few hours of drinking. The night porter was so happy friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. You can tell he enjoys his job and is extremely professional.

Charlie and Bethan were absolutely brilliant, they did the catering for our wedding of 20 guest at our house and right from start to finish were very professional and could not do enough for us. The food we had was fantastic and everyone enjoyed it. The canapa starters we had were exquisite and a great selection too, all the food was very well presented and hot. They are both really nice friendly people and they really went the extra mile for us I recommend them very highly😀 Thanks guys 👍🏻

Came here recently with friends, including one with a guide dog. No hesitation in offering food and water for the dog, helping us navigate the menu and choose a wide selection of foods. Very friendly and attentive staff. The biggest naan bread I have ever seen made a great centerpiece on the table and the food was all brilliant. Would go again and would recommend.

Lucky house is a Chinese Takeaway shop, providing variety delicious Chinese food. We have 4.6 star on google map and 5.2 out of 6 on just eat. Our local customer give us very good comments. We can do vegan food or halal food to cater your needs.

What a wonderful night. The view was amazing and the food was superb. If I had any small complaint it was that we did seem to wait quite a while for our drinks order to be taken and then for our food order to be taken. But to be honest we could see how hard the waiter was working so we were happy to wait and enjoy the wonderful view.
