He’ll create either an al a carte menu or a fantastic tasting menu of 5 or 7 courses, customised to your tastes, with an optional wine flight. Or, you could choose a set seasonal menu of three courses to keep things simple, a surf and turf barbecue menu, or have him create a fabulous bespoke menu -its entirely up to you.

Tim was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. From designing the menu and the wines to accompany it through to the cooking and serving (and washing up....) the whole experience was both easy and thoroughly professional. The inspired seven-course tasting menu was perfectly executed and will live long in the memories of every one of the group of eight of us who had the pleasure of enjoying it.

So good to find you guys at Yeovilton Air Day yesterday. Really happy that you were only selling vegetarian food, and also being gluten-free too. When surrounded by the same old unappealing greasy junk food stalls, your food was the only thing in the entire place that tempted us not to make the long walk back to the car park, to eat the lunch we had prepared at home and left in the car cool box (which we had for our evening meal instead). Not only did you save me from getting more sunburnt than I already was, but your falafels were the best I've ever eaten. Well done, I will look out for you at other local events.
