Our best dishes usually contains meat because we are meat lovers, but we enjoying as well creating nice fish dishes or vegetarian dishes. We are very creative than all our dishes are make with love and sometimes a twist.
First and most important when creating the menu is the client and his ideas, our inspiration coming from the clients. only limits is the size of the place and equipment in the kitchen. Our inspiration is as well the place and type of party.
The last thing is the price, very important for us is quality but in the same time that client will be happy with the price.
The most important for us is to deliver happiness to the clients table. all our dishes from simple BBQ parties, small cold buffet birthday parties to the big wedding events are carefully discused with the clients and we love when guests are coming and see how the dishes looks like.
We decide to start our business as we love cooking and we love organising good events. Our first idea was to deliver fresh food to people houses, we have done it on set lunch menu. This become our small success and after we have done few birthday parties which become even bigger success and inspired us to go this way. At the moment we organised over 40 parties which includes BBQ parties, birthday parties to weddings. On our parties there was from 8 - 300 people.
We have full of energy young team, but in the same time we have 16 years experience in catering industry. We are using just fresh ingredients like vegetables from local farmers and fresh meat only from the same butcher from years. Our bread is taken from the best local Bloomsbury Bakery. Our prices are the best on the market but in the same time the quality is the most important for us.
