Steve and his team looked after the wedding breakfast at our wedding at Victoria Baths in Manchester. From our very first phone conversation, I knew we had found the right company for the job. They were detailed, professional and above all just wonderful people. Steve spent the time to really get to know us as a couple, he spent time helping us develop the exact menu we wanted and was always on the end of the phone when we had questions.
On the big day, they delivered 3 courses of delicious food to over 100 people. It looked effortless (I'm sure it wasn't) and we received brilliant feedback from our guests.

Our clients include blue chip, multi-national companies, international celebrity private clients as well as one man organisations and the other good folk of the North West of England. Many of our clients we have kept for 10 years plus, we have private clients who we catered for perhaps a wedding, then gone on to do birthday parties, christenings, diner parties and other social functions.

We planned a 40th birthday party for myself and all our friends and family at our house. We had invited about 30 adults and we wanted to provide lots food for them all. We found By Request online and read the very good reviews. I phoned up and spoke to Carl who said they would be able to help us out for the date we needed. He emailed me a fantastic menu selection. I used these menus and some of my own ideas to decide what our buffet would include. I was offered a great price for the buffet we wanted. Carl arrived with our food earlier than planned. He was very professional and organised. Food looked good and was presented nicely. Everyone at our party loved the food. Ham was really tasty, as were the quiches and the lovely salads. Our guests and I would highly recommend this service. Will use them again in the future. Many thanks.

Backs Deli is located in Heaton Moor stockport. As well as the deli we offer catering for events. We offer catering for weddings, birthday parties or just having friends over for dinner we can cater for you. We offer a large range of hot and cold. We also offer BBQ catering and yes we can cook in the rain. We can also create a menu just for you and your event. We buy as much as we can from local suppliers and we don't compromise on quality.

Back's Deli is owned by the ever amiable Andy, a trained chef who has created a top standard delicatessen in the Heaton Moor area of Stockport. Andy descends from a long line of foodies, his Great Grandfather owned Back's Deli in 1920's New York and Andy and his wife Karen have kept the family tradition alive.Back's sells an extensive selection of breakfasts, salads, sandwiches, jacket potatoes and local produce. They stock specialist breads, fruit and veg and eco-friendly, natural products for babies. The shop is large, cream and airy with the menu written quaintly on enormous blackboards and the food displayed beautifully behind a huge glass counter. The shop make fab hampers for occasions and always sell out of the basket of unusual beers for Father's day.Back's also provide outside catering and supply buffet requirements on request. Prices here are reasonable, this is M&S quality but with cheaper prices. Maybe its all in the mind, but when you buy cheese and olives from this deli, it tastes so much better from those purchased in the supermarket. On a Saturday, customers can pop by for a barbeque and the store also hold wine tasting events.This is wonderful, fresh produce and I would recommend this delicious deli to everyone- but to my fellow Yelpers first of course.
