I use organic, fair trade and locally sourced ingredients that benefit the taste as well as the planet, and specialise in to vegan/vegetarian/gluten free and sugar free diets. I cook traditional and contemporary English, French and Mediterranean food, as well as Persian and pan Asian dishes inspired by my travels.

Crocus Paella specialises in cooking authentic Spanish Paella and Tapas for beautiful weddings, private parties and corporate events. We use the best local produce and the finest Spanish ingredients to create huge pans of delicious paella, theatre style and to serve it to your guests piping hot straight from the pan. Simply Veg is a family run business. We operate from home and make authentic India food ( vegetarian and vegan only specialist ) .
