I use organic, fair trade and locally sourced ingredients that benefit the taste as well as the planet, and specialise in to vegan/vegetarian/gluten free and sugar free diets. I cook traditional and contemporary English, French and Mediterranean food, as well as Persian and pan Asian dishes inspired by my travels.

We'd love to share our passion for food with you! Following a collective 25 years working at the pinnacle of the fine dining scene in Sussex – and 18 months in top kitchens in Asia and Australia exploring fusion dishes and techniques – we launched our own business, Angelica Food, in autumn 2021 to provide private dining and events catering to clients in South East England and London.
