I was lucky enough to book Brown Goose in summer 2022 for our daughter’s wedding on the 29th July this year at Merley House. It proved to be an excellent decision.
Planning the menu was made very easy as a result of the flexibility and adaptability of the gentleman who runs Brown Goose. Everything was clear as to exactly what would be provided and the time schedule for presenting final numbers and payment. The wedding breakfast was delivered without fuss and exceedingly efficiently by the company’s staff who knew exactly to whom each meal choice should be delivered and when. Equally, all the used dishes were quietly cleared away at the appropriate time. The filled mini rolls we requested for late in the evening as a snack appeared at the chosen time and were fabulous. All the food was excellent and greatly appreciated by all.
A knife to cut the cake was provided on request and the cake cut up into slices and presented nicely for people to take at a suitable time.
The whole evening ran so smoothly, thanks to Brown Goose. Impressive ! I would certainly thoroughly recommend the company to anyone seeking a caterer for whatever purpose.

Derek and his folks did an outstanding job for our daughters wedding of 200+ people! Derek is a great guy, very accommodating, and we LOVED his food! I even had some of the "Pickiest" of guests tell us how great the food was which says a lot! We will use Derek and his team for other events in the future! Great guy and even better food if that's possible!
