The Charcoal BBQ Company offers outside catering with style and flair as well as the ability to cater for high numbers while keeping the standard of catering high. We have 24ft of custom-built barbecues (and impressive sight) and 12ft of these can be converted to giant, charcoal-fired ovens. These are used for cooking large joints of meat (ie. beef striploins) or they can be used as pizza ovens allowing us to turn out up to 20 perfect pizzas every 8 minutes.
