What’s your signature dish?

At the moment our street food menu has a very popular 'Stog' Cuban sandwich. This is a hybrid sandwich which has home cured ham and slow cooked venison ragu. All served up with the traditional fillings of mustard, pickle and cheese!

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?

The beauty of event catering is that we get to work directly with the client and pin point exactly the type of food and menu they require. It becomes their menu, we just help guide them with what we have to offer.

What do you love most about your job?

The two biggest draws for us are, first off:

Event catering.
Working with the client and getting to the point where they are happy with the end result of what we created with them is a great feeling. Every catering event we have done is completely different from the next and i think that is why we love it so much. Every day is different!

The second:
Street food. This is where we started out, working food and flea markets, fairs, and midnight street food and farmers markets. all along the way honing our menu and style. Its a great buzz being able to interact with the customer and the relaxed feel of our street food menu adds to the vibe.

What inspired you to start your own business?

We had grown frustrated at being stuck in stuffy kitchens all the time, never getting to really see the other side of hospitality. We figured this way we could become more involved and accessible to our customer.

Why should our clients choose you?

The most important part of any event is that the client is happy with the end result. We work with them on a one to one basis and listen to everything they want to get from the event experience. We like to think we bring a completely different vibe to the party with our food truck Ronnie. He adds a bit of theatre to the show too when he is decked out in lights, stags head candelabras and oak barrel canapé boards. With this and the food we serve up, it makes a great combination for any event you have in mind.
