Greek Cypriot Rotisserie BBQ - A Posh BBQ! Not burgers and sausages! Small pieces of meat marinaded in our special sauces for 48 hours then cooked slowly over charcoals for an incredible aroma.
We prefer to have an informal chat with our client so we can understand their needs before recommending a menu. For example, what's the occasion? What dietary requirements do the guests have? Are there any allergies we should know of? Are they looking for on-site or a delivery service, what's their budget? Have they used external caterer before? What did they like about them? What did they think could be improved?
When our customers tell us how much they enjoyed our food it fills us with pride and gives us so much satisfaction.
My father was a restaurateur. He had a very well known restaurant back in the 80s. He wanted my husband and I to take it over so he could retire but although we loved the business, we were very young and the hours were very anti-social so we decided to decline his offer.
My husband's grandmother was a professional cook in Spain and she taught my husband's mother how to cook Spanish dishes who in turn taught us how to cook old family recipes. We have always had a passion for good, quality , authentic food, so it was a natural step for us when our circumstances finally allowed us to start our own business.
Apart from the amazing food that we provide (please see our 5 star Google and Facebook Reviews), it's not enough just to provide good quality food. There are many other skills required to offer your customers a first class service. You have to be personable, understanding and listen to their needs. You also have to be super organised so that every thing is catered for (excuse the pun!) The catering must meet expectations as a minimum although we aim to exceed expectations, and it has to be on time. We add little personal touches that make us stand out from other caterers. We are friendly, hard working and go out of our way to help our customers as events can be very stressful for them! That's why they hire us!
