My husband and I got a 2 tier cake for my mother in laws 60th .... as we were in Glasgow and needed a cake in Dundee,I did a bit of research and this bakers had great reviews. I was still a bit worried that it would look as good close up,as it did in the photos on their site. We definitely had no reason to worry...the cake was stunning and bigger than I expected.... everybody passed comment on it... especially my mother in law...she didn't want to cut it..... thanks again JM Bakery

Visited for the first time in over 20 years.....for a bar lunch. Food was excellent quality, and there was no scrimping on portion sizes. Lovely and bright decor, and we could not fault the staff - attentive without being intrusive. Only 2 very minor things - the toilets are upstairs...not ideal for elderly or disabled, and the food prices were comparable with Aberdeen city restaurants, higher than I would have expected. Howver, despite these 2 minor issues, I would recommend the George - the service alone makes it worth a visit.
