Absolutely first class throughout! .... I bought an old Volvo recently that needed a look over before we use it for a charity event across Europe to raise money for Alzheimer's. It had a few mechanical issues that were pointed out to me and they undertook some repairs whilst I was there and took time to help me understand the issues with the car and gave advice on what to do with them. They are a busy garage and still managed to find the time to talk me through things thoroughly. The service is totally different to any other garage I have ever used and they are now my 'go to' place for any future needs for myself and my family / friends. I cannot recommend them highly enough. It's apparent they have won some awards for there work and it's easy to see why ...... First class and simply the best! Thank you so much!! Alan

My buying experience was absolutely great, there was no pressure from the sales team, they were happy to help and honest. The process was nice and relaxed from start to finish. The car was ready for collection earlier than they guessed and made arrangements to help me out as best as they could. I did have an issue with the car week or so later which I reported and the garage arranged to collect the car to be looked at. Due to issues beyond their control my car was kept by them a little longer than it should have been, but I was well informed of the issues and anything arranged was delivered as promised, whether that was a call or the collection. In any case if you speak to them, they generally are able/happy to help.

My car packed up today and turns out I needed a new alternator, pretty desperate as we have a family wedding tomorrow and a busy week next week. I rang my usual Garage ( Colmans ) and sadly found out that they were closing down today for good ! Most of my immediate family have used them for the last 20+ years so just wanted to thank them for some great service over that time and wish the guys all the best for the future. They recommended that I try Springwell Motors, so I contacted them and spoke to Sean and explained our situation, he said he couldn’t make any promises but if I got my car up there today he’d do his best to get me back on the road asap. He ordered the alternator and his guys pulled out all the stops to get this sorted, I dropped it off at 2.30pm and picked it back up at 4.30pm !!! Absolutely Incredible Service and my family will definitely be going back to them for all our car maintenance needs.
