I've always loved making cakes as a hobby, and have recently decided to turn my passion for baking into my full time profession. Specially work in the area of weddings,birthdays and also work with corporate firms. Leading companies throughout her career and has had the opportunity to work with individual customers. In accordance with the customer’s request, each designed to be hand-made and served with delicious products.

Creating masterpieces using traditional and modern techniques, Her skill of designing in a unique way has earned her quite the name within the local community and surrounding areas. This sugar artists’ creative and intuitive nature uses a freehand process to build cakes with layers of depth and texture.

Alex & The Cakes is a home-bakery based in West London where high quality ingredients are essential. I believe that cakes are the best treat ever and deserve to remain on the “healthy” side with natural and good ingredients (even if it’s all about sugar and butter!). ​ This philosophy means no artificial flavour, no palm oil or hydrogenated fat, no bottled eggs or preservatives.
