Hi, my name is Sheila McLaughlin. I have been decorating cakes for about 40 years. I keep up with all the latest trends (and know about all the old ones too!). I have a retail shop based in Long Eaton so have access to other things such as helium balloons, plain balloons, candles, ready made decorations and so on if you have a late order we can usually do it. I make wedding cake, celebration cakes and the occasional tea time treats sold over the counter.
