What do you love most about your job?

This job exposes me to an incredible spectrum of talented professionals and entrepreneurs. They are experts in their fields but have not necessarily been exposed to all of the nuances of running and scaling a business - why would they have? We exist to work beside business leaders and help them scale their businesses in the most effective manner to achieve what they ultimately wanted to do when they decided to start and grow a business.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Having worked in leadership, training and strategic planning roles for the last 17 years, I felt that it would be immensely rewarding to be able to help others make their businesses better. Clearly I wish to make a living from it, but the ultimate thing that I am delivering is not a product, but a result - and this is what drives my business forward.
